When will my order ship?

Production time varies by print and depending on your order. (For example, a framed print will take longer to produce than an unframed print.) You will receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation email that will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. Please note that our offices are open Monday through Friday and orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

How long it takes to ship the artwork ?

It usually takes 7- 14 days after we ship your artwork. You can also track your statues on our website or check with our customer service at +86 (10) 5978 9851

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the size of the artwork as well as the framing options.
All the shipment cost will be shown online after you select your artwork and framing options.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally via YFHEX Logistics. International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are set by the government of the destination country. These fees will be due upon arrival and are in addition to the cost of artwork and shipping and handling. We can’t discount customs duties or reimburse you for these costs.
